Taekwondo and adaptive martial arts classes are offered to students at Wilder Elementary School in Littleton, CO. All classes are taught by World Federation certified Masters and instructors. The cost is $225 for 8 weeks on Tuesdays from 2:45 - 3:45 pm. Uniforms are $35 and are required. Students may attend three times per week at our DoJang during the program. Parents may also sign up for DoJang classes for $100/month. Complete the form below to enroll.

Family TaeKwon Do Center Littleton LLC Waiver and Release Form In consideration of my child or myself being allowed to participate in activities of the Family Tae Kwon Do Center Littleton, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (the “Center”), agree as follows: 1. Many of the Center’s activities involve participation in martial arts which involve kicking, punching, throwing and otherwise physically attacking, or defending against, an opponent, with or without weapons. I ASSUME THE RISK OF BODILY INJURY TO ME AS A PARTICIPANT IN SUCH ACTIVITIES AND HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OF ANY AND EVERY NATURE THAT I MAY HAVE NOW OR IN THE FUTURE AGAINST THE CENTER AND/OR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUCCESSORS, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, MANAGERS, STUDENTS, EMPLOYEES AND DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES WHICH ARISE AS RESULT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN CENTER ACTIVITIES OR AS A RESULT OF ACTS THAT OCCUR ON THE CENTER PREMISES OR AT ANY EVENT I ATTEND NOT ON THE CENTER PREMISES THAT IS SPONSORED BY OR UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE CENTER, provided, however that I do not assume the risk of bodily injury to me or waive any claim arising from intentional torts, intentional wrongful acts and/or criminal acts by the Center and/or any of its members, agents, successors, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, managers and employees. 2. I will not file, or cause to be filed, and waive, on behalf of myself and my heirs, conservators, administrators, custodians, and personal representatives, all right to file any administrative proceedings, charges, lawsuits, or other actions of any kind against the Center, its members, agents, successors, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, managers and employees with respect to any claim I have waived in Section 1 above. 3. The invalidity of any one or more of the words, phrases, sentences, clauses, sections or subsections contained in this Agreement shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining portions of this Agreement or any part hereof, all of which are conditioned on their being valid in law, and, in the event that any one or more of the words, phrases, sentences, clauses, sections or subsections contained in this Agreement shall be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect with respect to the remaining portions as if such invalid word or words, phrase or phrases, sentence or sentences, clause or clauses, section or sections, or subsection or subsections were removed from this Agreement. 4. This Waiver and Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
